I suddenly feel the need to workout. Eating a gingerbread creation I made to look like Totoro doesn't help.
Me and my friend have been working out for several weeks. I have fallen short because of three things:
1. Knee Injury - first time eating pho, went to a restaurant--in which i'm trying to sit down in and my leg decides it doesn't want to move. Yet my knee is all set to go, and does, to the side of my calf. uugh.
2. Cold/Flu/? - Got it at costco, I'm pretty sure. Bouts of snuffles, I got the chills, felt nausea maybe--that or I was hungry, and a nasty and itchy cough.
3. The other is irrelevant. But its kept me off the treadmill.
I'm getting tired of waiting to feel better. Monday I am going to simply push through and workout.
Gingerbread is not too be trifled with.
